Evergrande Spring Group enters into Chinese market of high quality mineral water by virtue of Evergrande Group’s strength, together with high quality resource of Jilin Province, and in the long run, it is to be built as the largest mineral water project of million tons in China. Like the slogan, that is, “do the best, or never do”, of football, Evergrande Spring is determined to be the best mineral water, as well as committed to improving health quality of the general public. Currently, Evergrande Spring’s main equipment are known: Evergrande Spring, which originates from deep mineral spring of Changbai Mountain, has three production lines, and main equipment with world-class level are imported from Germany. Several dozens of imported equipment are bought from such manufacturers as KRONES of Germany, and technology of water-extraction, purification, bottle blowing, filling, bottle labeling, package, stacking and quality control, and so on, are the most advanced ones in the world, which guarantee the quality and create high quality brand of Evergrande Spring.

Process ranging from bottle blowing to stacking is fully automated, and for each production line/class, only seven operators are need. Bottle blowing machine can blow 43200 empty bottles per hour, and filling production line, matched with bottle blowing machine, can produce 32,000 boxes of Evergrande Spring. The production process, starting from basing, covering to bottle blowing, and from filling to package and stacking, is wholly controlled computer program. While water treatment adopts ozone sterilization and filtration system of titanium terminal, which guarantees the quality of water supplied for production, also, quality control system is strictly implemented, and production process that is specially for design guarantees water quality throughout the whole process. Quality control department specially set up in the factory has built a quality control room covering 300 square meters, and it is adjacent to water treatment room and filling room, making it convenient to have quality control of raw and auxiliary material and product; quality control room is equipped with complete detecting instrument, equipment and facility, and comprised of microbiological detection and cultivation room: all of them are constructed according to national standard; and it has air shower door, aseptic transfer window, air purification equipment and whatever you name it, thus guaranteeing the high quality of Evergrande Spring. In addition, regarding the preparation process, Evergrande Spring is directly extracted from deep volcanic rock, and produced through filling and without air contact, with water quality fully guaranteed.
