I. Position and Requirements
Sales Trainee
(I) Job Responsibilities:
1. Responsible for preparing scheme of brand promotion, marketing plan, promotion management, KA development and sales plan, etc., and hold full responsibility for the execution of sales target
2. Responsible for construction, management and training of channel franchisee, and work of customer management
3. Responsible for market survey and prepare feasibility analysis report of market
4. Responsible for the planning, organization and implementation of large-scale sales promotion, and collaborate with promotion management group in accomplishing sales promotion and full enforcement;
5. Responsible for the promotion and survey of all large-scale festivals in different regions;
6. Responsible for the survey of product, channel, price, promotion, and so on, of market competition partner, and make full use of SWOT analysis in analyzing markets of different regions;
(II) Qualification:
1. Bachelor degree or above, fluent in spoken English, priority to student cadres;
2. Practical and work hard, endure hardships and be capable of hard work, have a quick wit, excellent in character and learning, do things conscientiously and work carefully;
3. Have excellent language skills and text organization ability;
4. Have good communication ability, organization & coordination ability and strong learning ability;
5. Have good team cooperation ability, planning and organization ability, as well as stable career development plan;
6. Presentable and be familiar with business etiquette.
Finance
(I) Job Responsibility
Engage in financial management/accounting related work.
(II) Qualification
1. Bachelor degree or above of normal colleges and universities, and major in finance and economics;
2. Be sensitive to numbers, have strong logical thinking ability and independent analysis ability;
3. Proficiency in the use of daily office software such as Excel and PowerPoint;
4. Rigorous and pragmatic, have strong communication and coordination ability, and relatively stronger dedication and teamwork spirit.
