It is required for distributor of interest to submit relevant material, which will be audited by specially-assigned personnel, for qualified agency, Evergrande Mineral Water Group will make preferred cooperation according to results of investigation.
 

Franchisee Eligibility of Distributor is as follows:
I. Approve our product concept and company culture, obey the management of the company, has good consciousness of cooperation and capable of cooperating with the company in brand promotion, as well as being honest, trustworthy and legitimate operator;

II. Have strong ability of market development, and full-time professionals for market development and management of distribution channels;

III. Have experience on being distributor of imported and high-end fast moving consumer goods(FMCG), and relevant distribution channels;

IV. Accept regional division made by the company, without any behavior of destructing the price system such as malicious transregional sales and transshipment;
V. Following Effective Licenses are needed:

1. Legal business license, hygiene license, tax registration certificate, food circulation permit and so on that are conforming to national regulations;
2. Copy of ID card and picture of legal person;
3. Lease agreement of office and warehouse;

VI. The company will make preferred cooperation based on your chosen region, and sign “Distribution Contract”after it passes through the examination and approval.
